वीरगंज । पर्साको कालिकामाई गाउँपालिकामा कम्प्युटर अपरेटर चन्दन कुमार चौरसियामाथि कार्यालयभित्रै भएको कुटपिट घटनाको विरोधमा गाउँपालिकाका कर्मचारीले तेस्रो दिन पनि आन्दोलन जारी राखेका छन् । दोषीमाथि कडा कानुनी कारबाहीको माग गर्दै कर्मचारीहरूले पेनडाउन आन्दोलनलाई निरन्तरता दिएका हुन् ।
गत मंगलबार कार्यालय समयमै गाउँ कार्यपालिकाको कार्यालयभित्र चौरसियामाथि कुटपिट तथा दुर्व्यवहार भएको भन्दै कर्मचारीहरूले सोही दिनदेखि गाउँपालिकाको सम्पूर्ण प्रशासनिक कामकाज ठप्प पारेका थिए । आन्दोलनका कारण बुधबारदेखि गाउँपालिका अन्तर्गतका विद्यालय तथा स्वास्थ्य चौकीसमेत बन्द रहेका थिए ।
घटनाको तीन दिन बितिसक्दा पनि प्रहरीले किटानी जाहेरी दर्ता नगरेको र मुख्य आरोपितहरूलाई पक्राउ नगरेको आरोप लगाउँदै आन्दोलनरत कर्मचारीहरूले बिहीबार जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय पर्सा अगाडि धर्ना दिएका छन् ।
कर्मचारीहरूका अनुसार कालिकामाई गाउँपालिका–३ का वडाध्यक्ष सञ्जय कुमार पटेल, गाउँपालिका–२ निवासी राजनिश कुशवाहा तथा हिरालाल राउत कुर्मीविरुद्ध आपराधिक उपद्रव मुद्दामा किटानी जाहेरी दिइएको भए पनि प्रहरीले दर्ता गरेकाे छैन । घटनाको सीसीटीभी फुटेजमा कुटपिट स्पष्ट देखिएको दाबी गर्दै उनीहरूले निष्पक्ष अनुसन्धान हुनुपर्ने माग गरेका छन् ।
आन्दोलनरत कर्मचारीहरूले सरकारी कार्यालयभित्र कार्यालय समयमै भएको आक्रमण सम्पूर्ण कर्मचारीमाथिको आक्रमण भएको उल्लेख गर्दै दोषीमाथि कानुनअनुसार कडा कारबाही, कर्मचारीको सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित तथा घटनामा संलग्न सबैलाई कानुनी दायरामा ल्याउन माग गरेका छन् ।
प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत केशव कुमार अधिकारीले उक्त घटनाले कर्मचारीहरूको मनोबल कमजोर बनाएको, प्रशासनिक कामकाज प्रभावित भएको तथा सुशासनमा समेत नकारात्मक असर परेको बताए ।
गाउँपालिका अध्यक्ष बशिष्ट कुमार गुप्ताले कर्मचारीमाथि जुनसुकै बहानामा गरिएको कुटपिट निन्दनीय भएको भन्दै घटनामा संलग्न जो–कोही भए पनि कानुनअनुसार कारबाही हुनुपर्ने बताए ।
यता जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय पर्साले घटनामा संलग्न रहेको आरोपमा कालिकामाई गाउँपालिका–२ निवासी रामबालक साह कानु र अरविन्द चौरसियालाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएर अभद्र व्यवहार मुद्दा दर्ता गरी अनुसन्धान अघि बढाइएको जनाएको छ । प्रहरी स्राेतका अनुसार दुबै जनामाथि प्रहरी प्रतिवेदन अधारमा मुद्दा चलाइएकाे छ । घटनामा संलग्न अन्य व्यक्तिहरूको खोजी तथा अनुसन्धान जारी रहेको प्रहरीकाे भनाई छ ।
यसैबीच कालिकामाई गाउँपालिकाले कर्मचारीमाथि भएको दुर्व्यवहारको विरोधमा आन्दोलन यथावत रहने जनाएको छ । तर विद्यार्थीहरूको भविष्य र आम नागरिकको स्वास्थ्य सेवामा प्रतिकूल असर नपरोस् भन्ने उद्देश्यले शुक्रबारदेखि गाउँपालिका अन्तर्गतका सम्पूर्ण विद्यालय तथा स्वास्थ्य शाखाहरू नियमित रूपमा सञ्चालन गरिने निर्णय गरिएको गाउँपालिकाले जनाएको छ ।
गाउँपालिकाले हरिहरपुर विर्तास्थित कार्यालयमा कर्मचारीहरूको विरोध कार्यक्रम भने यथावत रहने जानकारीसमेत दिएको छ ।
