वीरगंज । सीमा पार मानव तस्करीको एक संवेदनशील घटनामा नेपालकी पहाडी क्षेत्रकी १४ वर्षीया नाबालिग बालिका अञ्जली (नाम परिवर्तन) लाई भारतको बिहारबाट सकुशल उद्धार गरिएको छ। यो सफल उद्धार “संयुक्त मानवीय अभियान” अन्तर्गत सम्पन्न भएको हो, जसमा विभिन्न सुरक्षा निकाय, गैरसरकारी संस्था (एनजीओ) र मानवअधिकार निकायबीच उत्कृष्ट समन्वय र तत्परता देखिएको छ।
घटना तब सुरु भयो जब पीडित बालिकाकी आमा (नेपाल निवासी) ले आँसु झार्दै सामाजिक सञ्जाल WhatsApp मार्फत इन्स्पेक्टर मनोज कुमार शर्मा सँग सम्पर्क गर्दै बताइन् कि उनकी १४ वर्षीया छोरीलाई मनोज गिरि नामका व्यक्तिले दुई महिना अघि बहला–फुसलाएर नेपालबाट बिहार लगेको थियो। केही दिनअघि छोरीले Facebook मार्फत आमा सँग अन्तिम गुहार माग्दै लेखेकी थिइन् —
“आमा, मलाई यहाँबाट बचाउ, नत्र म विष खाँदैछु…” यो सन्देश प्राप्त भएपछि इन्स्पेक्टर शर्माले तत्काल अनुसन्धान थाले। फेसबुक आईडी र सम्पर्क विवरणको प्राविधिक विश्लेषणपछि एउटा संदेहास्पद मोबाइल नम्बर फेला पर्यो। साइबर टिमले लोकेशन ट्रेस गर्दा पुष्टि भयो कि उक्त नम्बर तस्कर मनोज गिरिकै हो।
मामलाको गम्भीरता बुझ्दै मिशन मुक्ति फाउन्डेशन (नयाँ दिल्ली) का निर्देशक वीरेन्द्र सिंहले सबै निकायबीच समन्वय सुनिश्चित गरे। त्यसपछि राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोगका प्रियांक कानूनगो, ए.डी.जी (वीकर–सेक्शन) अमित जैन, इन्स्पेक्टर मनोज कुमार शर्मा (क्षेत्रक मुख्यालय बेजपारा, असम), डाइरेक्टर वीरेन्द्र सिंह – मिशन मुक्ति फाउन्डेशन (नयाँ दिल्ली), एनजीओ प्रयास जुभेनाइल एड सेन्टर (रक्सौल), रेस्क्यू एण्ड रिलीफ फाउन्डेशन, एस.एस.बी. बेजपारा इंटेलिजेन्स इकाई, र मोतिहारी प्रहरीले संयुक्त रूपमा “मिशन निर्भया अपरेशन” सुरु गरे।
अपरेशन दुई चरणमा सञ्चालन भयो — पहिलो टोली बिहारको सुगौली क्षेत्रमा भौतिक रूपमा परिचालन गरियो, भने दोस्रो टोलीले अनलाइन माध्यमबाट निर्देशन र समन्वय गरिरहेको थियो। अन्ततः तस्कर मनोज गिरिलाई पक्राउ गरी नाबालिग अञ्जलीलाई सकुशल उद्धार गरियो।
अनुसन्धानले पुष्टि गर्यो कि तस्करहरूले पीडित बालिकालाई दिल्ली लैजाने तयारी गरिरहेका थिए। समयमै गरिएको यो कारबाहीले एउटा निर्दोष बालिकाको जीवन बचाएको छ।
यस उद्धार अभियानमा राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोग, नयाँ दिल्लीका प्रियांक कानूनगो, ए.डी.जी (वीकर–सेक्शन) अमित जैन, क्षेत्रक मुख्यालय बेजपारा (असम) का इन्स्पेक्टर मनोज कुमार शर्मा, मिशन मुक्ति फाउन्डेशन (नयाँ दिल्ली) का निर्देशक वीरेन्द्र सिंह, एनजीओ प्रयास जुभेनाइल एड सेन्टर (रक्सौल), रेस्क्यू एण्ड रिलीफ फाउन्डेशन, एस.एस.बी. बेजपारा इंटेलिजेन्स इकाई, र मोतिहारी जिल्ला प्रहरी ले महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निर्वाह गरेका थिए।
यस उद्धारलाई संलग्न सबै निकायले “संवेदनशीलता, तत्परता र समन्वयको अद्वितीय उदाहरण” भनेका छन्।
एक आमाको रुवाइ र मानवताका लागि उठेको जिम्मेवारीले एउटा छोरीलाई अन्धकारबाट उज्यालोमा फर्काइदियो।
